Welcome to CODED FLOWS! We invite you to carefully read the following Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our desktop application, CODED FLOWS (“App”), and our web pages and services located at https://codedflows.com (“Platform”), operated by COLOR CODED CODES OÜ (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). The App and the Platform together are referred to as the “Service”.

Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information that results from your use of our Service. Please read it here: https://codedflows.com/privacy-policy/.

Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”). You acknowledge that you have read and understood the Agreements and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) the Agreements, then you may not use the Service. Please let us know by emailing at contact@codedflows.com so we can try to find a solution. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

The professional version of our App is available through a one-time payment, which grants you a "Professional License" to use the App.

Upon a successful purchase, you will be issued a unique license key. This license key permits you to install and activate the App on a limited number of machines. The specific number of permitted installations is defined at the time of purchase and displayed on our Platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your license key. Sharing, distributing, or reselling your license key is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Any attempt to bypass the machine activation limit is forbidden and may result in the revocation of your license without a refund.

A valid payment method, such as a credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your Professional License. You shall provide us with accurate and complete billing information, including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize us to charge the license fee to any such payment instruments.

This Professional License is perpetual for the version of the App you purchased, subject to these Terms of Service.

We offer a free "Community Version" of the CODED FLOWS App. This version is provided for users to test and evaluate the App's functionalities.

The Community Version is licensed for **personal, non-commercial, and non-professional use only**. Any use of the Community Version in a professional context, including but not limited to business operations, commercial projects, academic research funded by a commercial entity, or any revenue-generating activity, is strictly prohibited. Use in such contexts requires the purchase of a Professional License.

At any time and without notice, we reserve the right to (i) modify the terms of the Community Version offer, or (ii) cancel or discontinue the Community Version.

We, in our sole discretion and at any time, may modify the fee for the Professional License. Any price change will apply only to future purchases. Price changes will not affect any licenses that have already been purchased.

All purchases of the CODED FLOWS Professional License are final. Except when required by law, paid license fees are **non-refundable**.

We provide a free Community Version for the express purpose of allowing you to thoroughly evaluate the App before making a purchase. We encourage all users to use the Community Version to ensure our Service meets their needs before buying a Professional License.

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18 and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

1. In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
2. To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
3. To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm or offend the Company or users of the Service or expose them to liability.

Additionally, you agree not to:

1. Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair it.
2. Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the Service for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any material, except for intended API features.
3. Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
4. Attack the Service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
5. Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service.
6. Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, copy, explore, change, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, code assets, or underlying ideas or algorithms of the App or Platform. Any form of unauthorized code exploration or modification is strictly forbidden.

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of COLOR CODED CODES OÜ and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of foreign countries. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, App, or Platform without express written permission from us.

By creating an Account on our Service, you may agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

The Service is intended only for access and use by individuals at least eighteen (18) years old. By accessing or using the Service, you warrant and represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and with the full authority, right, and capacity to enter into this agreement and abide by all of the terms and conditions of Terms.

You may provide us directly at contact@codedflows.com with information and feedback concerning errors, suggestions for improvements, ideas, problems, and other matters related to our Service (“Feedback”). You acknowledge and agree that: (i) you shall not retain any intellectual property right in the Feedback; (ii) Company may have development ideas similar to the Feedback; (iii) Feedback does not contain confidential information from you or any third party; and (iv) Company is not under any obligation of confidentiality with respect to the Feedback.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. WE STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE AND PRIVACY POLICIES OF ANY THIRD-PARTY WEB SITES OR SERVICES THAT YOU VISIT.

THESE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY COMPANY ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THEIR SERVICES, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT OR MATERIALS INCLUDED THEREIN. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THESE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

COMPANY HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of Terms.

All provisions of Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.

We may amend Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on this site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform or App following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

No waiver by Company of any term or condition set forth in Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term. If any provision of Terms is held by a court to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

BY USING OUR SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
